Renzulli Homes

Custom residential building · Northern Virginia

Built on trust.
Crafted with care.

A boutique residential builder based in Marshall, Virginia, working on a deliberately small number of new homes, whole-home renovations, and considered additions across Northern Virginia.

Approach

Fewer projects.
Closer attention.

A small practice, on purpose.

We take on a handful of projects each year. That cap is the point — it is how the work gets the attention it requires.

Built once, built right.

Every detail is decided with the next forty years in mind, not the next forty months. Materials, framing, mechanicals — all chosen for the long view.

A single point of contact.

Flavio is in the room from first conversation through final walkthrough. No layers between you and the person responsible for the work.

Additions

Lower-Level Bath — Haymarket

Haymarket, VA

A roughed-in storage room in a Prince William County home, turned into the nicest room in the house — book-matched stone, a backlit niche, and a fluted white-oak vanity, built to rent-ready and then some.

About

Twenty years
in the trade.

Renzulli Homes is led by Flavio Renzulli, who spent more than two decades as a project superintendent at top-tier commercial firms — Hitt Contracting, Shawmut Design and Construction, Crown Construction, and Ross Burton — running multimillion-dollar projects for clients like the Ritz-Carlton, MGM, Nobu, and Smith & Wollensky. He founded Renzulli Homes to apply that standard to private residences in Northern Virginia.

In their words

“Not once did I lack confidence in Flavio — as a builder or as a person. He took a roughed-in storage room and made the nicest room in our house, with very little input from me. Design and craftsmanship in one builder is a powerful thing.”
