Renzulli Homes is a young residential practice; our completed residential work is on the first tab. Flavio's earlier career, from years at the Inn at Little Washington to two decades running high-end commercial builds, is under Prior Experience.
Selected work
Lower-Level Bath, Haymarket
A roughed-in storage room in a Prince William County home, turned into the nicest room in the house, book-matched stone, a backlit niche, and a fluted white-oak vanity, built to rent-ready and then some.
More residential work is in progress and will be added as projects complete and photography is produced.

Inn at Little Washington
Washington, VA · Facilities & Construction
For years before founding Renzulli Homes, Flavio ran facilities at the Inn at Little Washington, the Michelin three-star property a half hour from Marshall, where he oversaw and hands-built projects across the estate.
- Cardinal's Nest A ground-up custom cottage on the property, built from foundation to finish.
- Mayor's House Addition A considered addition to the historic Mayor's House, one of the inn's signature accommodations, detailed to read as if it had always been there.
- New Pool A new in-ground pool, with the surround and decking held to the same standard as the inn itself.
Commercial superintendent track record
Two decades, sixteen projects, $60M+ in place.
Before founding Renzulli Homes, Flavio spent more than twenty years running high-end commercial buildouts as Onsite Superintendent for Hitt Contracting, Shawmut Design and Construction, Crown Construction, and Ross Burton. The list below is his personal track record: the GC of record on each project is the firm noted on the card, not Renzulli Homes.
That experience is why Renzulli Homes operates the way it does on a residential site today: the same standards of sequencing, subcontractor management, and finish quality, scaled to the cadence of a private home.
